Conference highlights #7: ‘Microsoft in the classroom – Warren Sparrow’s presentations on Office 365 and Office Mix

Warren Sparrow from Rondebosch Prep is a keen Microsoft user at his school. He is one of the Microsoft MIEExperts from South Africa in 2015 and attended the E2 Global Teacher Excahnge in Seattle alaong with three other South African MIEExperts. At the SchoolNet Conference he gave a number of presentations highlighting his use of the various Microsoft applications.  He has shared two of these with us.

1)  An introductory video about Office Mix

2) A presentation on Office 365
"Office 365" refers to subscription plans that include access to Office applications plus other productivity services that are enabled over the Internet (cloud services), such as Skype and additional online storage with OneDrive and Skype . Public schools in many provinces in South Africa receive Office 365 free if their province has signed an agreement with Microsoft.
