Office 365 #13: Share your calendar with colleagues using Office 365

Did you know you could share your calendar? Office 365 makes it easy, and you can choose how much of the information is shared - all of it or only some.

In Outlook.com you can add multiple calendars of other users who have shared their calendars with you to view on one screen. This is extremely useful when it comes to scheduling tutorials, meetings and other events as you can overlay many people’s calendars to see when the most suitable time would be to arrange something. No more lengthy email threads trying to work out when everyone can make it!

Simply click on the share icon, choose who you’d like to share your calendar with and then set the level of information sharing.
